This past weekend was definitely a perfect time to relax from the stressful week. On Sunday Funday, I met up with my friend Frida for some R&R. We decided to go to the beach… And ended up in Venice.

We started walking toward the beach when Frida decided she needed a bathroom… We ended up on Abbott Kinney Blvd and found Local 1205. We were hungry and the food looked yummy (organic and made from local produce)…  And I really loved the atmosphere/decor… The rest is history!

I ordered the Pastrami Reuben sandwich and Frida ordered the Roast Beef Sandwich. Both were delicious! 😛

After our little detour, we headed to the sand to contemplate our lives, soak up a little bit of sun and have a lazy Sunday. I already feel the need to go back to the beach… And it’s only Tuesday! 🙂
